RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Our goal is your satisfaction.

Our standard return policy is 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There must be a noticeable malfunction (not a problem with your smartphone for example)

Perishable products such as gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery - Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have not received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at contact@natima-world.com.


EXCHANGES: (if applicable)

We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@natima-world.com.

When requesting a refund, the buyer will be reimbursed in the form of a voucher for the value of the order. He will not be able to ask for a refund in the form of bank transfer, check or cash.
